hello aspirant,

sorry, its not possible to write in two different languages in upsc mains exam. there will be a paper on english which you have to write in english only. after clearing the prelims exam you have to fill a form name DAF (details application form) where you need to choose from hindi and english to write your exam. hope you may understand.
