As of now the guidelines related to number of rounds in the counselling, web options is not released. So it is unknown that if a candidate can participate in second round of TS NEET UG Ayush Counselling 2021 without participating in the first round. But as per the information available in the notice released on the official website a candidate has to register only once to participate in the counselling in all round including mop-up round. The last date to register for TS NEET UG counselling for MBBS,BDS and AYUSH has been extended up to February 8, 2022 till 5 PM. We would suggest you to register for the counselling and keep an eye on updates as the instructions and guidelines will be released soon on the official website.
