Hope you are doin great. With regard to your question, YES, you can become a nurse, even after studying commerce in your 12th standard. You can purse the ANM and GNM professions. ANM refers to Auxiliary Nursing Midwife, whereas, GNM refers to General Nursing Midwife. The two are the diploma programmes.

Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM) and General Nursing Midwife (GNM) diploma programmes are open to the students who have completed their class 12th examinations with Arts and Commerce streams.
