Yes, you can become an IPS officer with 150 cm height as a woman in the OBC category, since the minimum height for female IPS candidates is 150 cm.

However, for state police or paramilitary forces, the usual minimum height is 157 cm, and relaxation is mostly for SC/ST, not OBC.

So, IPS is possible, but state police may not be, unless your state gives specific relaxation for OBC.
