If you want to be any medical professional then you need to go for NEET. To become an eye doctor you need to complete your MBBS and then you have to do your Master in Opthalmology. Also with further studies you can become eye surgeon as well. So if you want to become an eye doctor then you need to go for NEET and get the course of MBBS.
