You can cancel your admission at any point of time but regarding taking admission in ARSD college that too after 10th cut off may not be possible because till that may be admisaion get closed. And most important is to look whether seats are vaccant or not for admission as till now seats might have been full. 

So please contact college before cancelling your admission.
