Yes you can leave your college in your first year. You need to reach out to the authorities and carry out all the formal procedure like the noc that is needed for the same. However the admission fee and other charges that you would have paid till now would most probably be non refundable so you won't get it back. However please check if there were any refundable charges that you had paid and you can request the college to give that back.
