Yes, ration card is also a proof of income hence you can take ration card instead of income certificate but make sure that you carry the "White ration" card,and as per the counselling guidelines either the candidate's name or any of the parent's name must be there on the card. Other documents to carry are AP EAMCET-2020 Rank Card and hall ticket,mark sheets , TC, proof of date of birth, aadhar card , domicile certificate, community certificate if needed, local status certificate if applicable and certificate from VI to Intermediate .
