ICE at NSUT is a good branch that carries the NSUT brand name and has an updated syllabus. Regarding placements, many IT firms normally accept ICE students, although some exclusively accept applicants from CS and associated fields. There is nothing the candidate can do about that, but the candidate can always look for off-campus jobs, and having the NSUT designation will always help in the future.
