So If you want to make any correction in your NEET UG 2021 Application form related to your category or any other editable detail then you can do so during the NEET correction window which is now live from August 11th to 14th 2021 as per the revised dates and you can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-

** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.

** Now login using your login credentials.

** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.

** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview your form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.

** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.

** Now take the print out of your NEET correction slip for future references.

• Personal details - Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, category.
