Yes you can change your stream after your 1st year is over. There is a criteria of changing the branch. The criteria is generally is that you need to score minimum marks to apply for the stream. generally, you need to have 8.0+ YGPA so that you can change. If the seat is vacant then only you can change. you can ask you department about the changing of the stream and they will guide you.
