National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is recognised by the Indian Government and comes under the HRD Ministry. Considering this, you are eligible to give Engineering CET if you are a student of NIOS.

Yes, NIOS student can apply for MHT CET Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility you must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board/ University with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
