Student please do mention about which Exam and College you are talking about, Without knowing proper details it becomes tough for us to answer the questions.

But for now, i can tell that during counselling rounds You can easily change your college and branch preference. In IPU and UPSEE counselling these facility is provided as i know. If you give us more detail that in which college you are seeking admission than i would beable to answer you more correctly and satisfyingly.
