Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you can change your branch from Mechanical engineering to Computer science engineering.But within the 2nd year of your course.If you reach your management they will provide you with the details and you can go only if there are any vacancies.And if you're reimbursed by government then it will get terminated.They will not provide you reimbursement fee.
