Yes you could change your branch in your college if it has the system of program migration. Now a days all good colleges have a program migration window open for the first year students at the end of 1st and 2nd semester respectively. In this window students are allowed to change their branch in accordance to their performance in academics and choice filled by other students. However transfers made are very less in numbers and you must be excellent in your academics to upgrade your branch to the desired branch.
