Dear Ridhima,

You now cannot change your neet category after the declaration of state result as the obc ranks will not be changed once declared. You also cannot show in your college or while applying into state quota .This is because even if u show your obc caste certificate in college you won't get obc rankings and hence there is now no way by which you category can change.Hope that you get a seat in government medical college through general category rank. All the best for your counselling.!!

In counselling, can we show the obc certificate and ask them if something could happen..?

You may try this but there is very less chance of this to take place. As you would have to full the caste rank when applying to state quota list
