No you cannot change your category in neet 2021 right now anymore as during counselling whatever is filled up in the form, thats considered to be true and ultimate and hence cannot be further changed even if wanted to. But as per as i know they also provide a correction period which has passed long ago. hence you cannot change anything right now.
