Well in APEAMCET you are not allowed to change your exam centre, even if you get any such type of message that you can change your exam centre not only for your mentioned examination but also for any of the exam so kindly verify it first that the Gmail ID is having the the official domain or not along with this if you get it through direct message then you can use tools which can help you to identify the number and see the spam reports and then visit the official website if any notification like this is visible then go for next step else don't believe on such type of fake messages.
