Yes dear, you can change atleast one time the NEET 2021 examination application form. Because if you do any mistake NTA give you another chance to correct it. So NEET 2021 correction window open from 11th August 2021 to 14th August 2021. You can change which point you gave wrong information. But remember once you change and submit the form in correction window then you can't change it again. So do anything is very calmly.
