Yes you can correct your family's annual income in NEET UG application form during NEET UG correction window which is live till May 27th upto 9 PM.

Also note that annual income mentioned in NEET UG 2022 application form will not be considered for any future purposes instead the income that will be considered by the authorities will be on the basis of an income proof that you will have to submit during counselling/admission.
