Ravi, the last date to complete the application form for MHT CET has been extended until 1st, June 2020 and the admit cards are scheduled to be released in the 2nd or 3rd weeks of June. Though there might be a correction window made available, it might not be applicable to exam cities. So unfortunately you cannot change the test centre.
