Okay Ankit, changing the exams center's are not encouraged by CBSE. It is clearly stated in the prospectus of the NEET Exam. It is the largest medical examination in India. However the correction window was closed by 31st January where you could have made the necessary changes. The entire allocation of centre is done without any human intervention, i.e with computers. And it is said by CBSE that they will release the hall ticket by April 15th. However don't give uo the hope, if you have a genuine reason like another exam on different city same day, try contacting any of the below helpline numbers and convince them your dilemma. And send a email stating your reason with valid proof. However it is up to meet to make the decision.
