Can i change my place of birth option in neet application form

The NEET application form correction will start from 14th January and end on 30th January 2019. You can edit your form by logging in with your account details. 

Remember the edit option can be used only once so cross check everything you have entered before.

Iwas born in pudhukottai district tamilnadu but i gave as sivaganaga is there any issue...PLEASE SAY ME

The window for correction will open in January, keep an eye out for the same.
Then you can correct the particulars in the form. And make sure to fill the details carefully, and triple check the details before the final submission.
