usually the students wont get admissions in class 12 in most of schools.but you can contact the management of the school/institution in which you wanna take admission.it is quite difficult,but possible(depends only on school).

Hello,
It is very difficult to change your school after 11th class. There could be many possible reasons behind it. Like other school doesn't have seat. Also, 12 board registration procedure start from class 11th.

It is advisable to you not to change school for remaining one year. As it could be difficult for you to cope up with situation and school environment. Also teaching style and material will be quite different and adjusting for you. It will eat up your precious time im which you can focus more on your study's rather adjusting to the new school.

And even if you want to change contact the concerned authorities as soon as possible for you.
