Hello there!!
Since you haven't mentioned the entrance exam, I'm assuming it for NEET. You cannot change the examination centre and medium of question paper once you have filled the form and submitted it even at the time of correction you cannot make changes to them.
You will have to re register for NEET to make changes in examination centre.

NISHANT KUMAR SAHOO Sir on 30th September BHU examination will be held but there will be another entrance exam on same date which also conducted by NTA so please sir can I change my entrance exam City of BHU entrance now please reply or msg😭🥺
