see if you have applied via on line before you have to correct in on online mode only , however you may do one thing , you may apply as a fresh applicant by using different mailid and phone number, also changing your subjects. you did not mention the college name in which you have applied. so it would be best to conduct with helpdesk for clarification for filling application form.
