            I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Urmi you can change your choices in 2nd counseling but you have to pat choice filling Fee again. You can't change choices in round 1 itself so you have to wait till Round 2. In case you are allotted a seat in round 1 but you don't want to take it then you have to reject it before mentioned due time and apply for the 2nd round by re-filling choices and paying the fee for that.
