well if you have opted BBA in retail and you want to opt for other stream in MBA then yes you can take .as the eligibility criteria to take admission in mba is that you have to secure more than 55% in your UG.

The eligiblity criteria for admission to MBA courses is that the candidate should have a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 50% aggregate percentage. Relaxation is available for reserved category students.
Your graduation subject does not matter for department you can opt in MBA.
So, yes, you can opt for other departments in MBA after doing BBA in retail.
