you can clear your neet exam after completing 12 th , I mean you can take drop of a year and then prepare for neet in that 1 year and then qualify neet with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor. 
There's no rule that you have to give neet exam in the year you pass your 12 th.
