Yes you can clear JEE Advanced with a year drop. If you feel you are stronger in Hindi, you can opt for Hindi as the preferred language of your question paper during registration period. JEE Advanced question paper would be available in both Hindi and English. Thus being from Hindi medium won't be a barrier for you.

You should brush up your concepts well, solve as many questions as possible, focus on the important concepts and formulae, manage your time efficiently and you will be able to clear your exam. All the best.
