Hello There ,

JEE Advance and JEE Mains , both require different mindset to attempt the exam . In jee mains you need to score more on time management , and in JEE Advance you need to see that you know the concept to the core , so in order to prepare for JEE Advance you need to study the concepts properly . So in order to get a good rank in JEE advance , you need to make sure that you devote good amount of time to problem solving , and the more amount of questions you practice , it would help you in understanding the chapter even more . Moreover , you should also not neglect some topics like s , p , d , f block and GOC as these topics provide easy and direct questions , which helps in boosting the marks . So practice a lot , never neglect any topic , and always solve the previous 15 years questions , as it would help you analyize your level of understanding .

So all the best for your future endeavors .

Hello,

It depends. If you will go through the interview of toppers of this year JEE advance, they will frankly mention that they have studied 3-4 years to consistently to get this rank and to be honest getting in top 100 will indeed require atleast 2 yeats of hardwork if we talk practically. So, if you are having a good and strong background, strong base and you can put 12-14 hours every for next 15 months then you can do it. Consistency is the key, and you this exam is about getting above the race and being one step further. Trust me lot of people will say that you might get ill if you study more than 12 hours but there are many students who cracked jee advance have studied for 16 hours in last 4 months before the exam. So, as i said earlier if you are willing to put an extraordinary hardwork then you will be able to get the desired rank.

I hope this helps.
