You can of course choose to complete organic and inorganic chemistry with the help of NCERTs. These are very effective books if studied properly. For organic keep in mind that you memorize all the name reactions and reagents. Also focus on the reaction mechanism. For inorganic you might struggle a bit as the syllabus is long and boring. But keep faith you'll be done with them soon. And again at the end, revise what you study and solve questions based on them.
