Long answer: Cracking JEE is definitely not an easy task, but if you know how and what to prepare, its quite straight forward. That being said, you will have to work up extra hours to compete with those who have started their preparation since the 11th grade. Make a time table, where you divide your day and give equal, if not more time to both 11th and 12th grades. When the school is off, i.e. in summer vacations, try doing as much of class 11 syllabus as possible. You could enrol yourself to some institute or Careers360, who have experience in the field so that you get the appropriate study material, and you dont waste hours on unnecessary topics. Since the time is less, you will have to work smart and hard.

You will also get benefited in jee advanced after going through the course. This course will clear your basics so you will be able to get good marks in your boards too but for that you need to practice subjective questions a lot too.
