You are in which class now? If you are appearing for NEET 2019 exam, the exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 5, 2019. You should work smartly and dedicatedly to score a good rank in the exam.

You should cover the topics which carry more weightage. It has been analysed that out of 7060 concepts/definitions in physics, chemistry and biology in NEET, only 16% concepts/definitions were asked till 2017 paper and  73% paper of NEET UG 2018 was based on these 16% concepts/definitions.
You should work on these concepts only to score good marks in the exam. You should solve previous years question papers and mock tests. It will help you to know about the exam pattern and type of question asked in the exam.

Of course yes, you can. But surely it will be difficult because you have not studied well in class 11th . All you need to do is just give a kick start to your study. Start with the class 11th and 12th NCERT textbooks. It is very important for every student who is preparing for neet.

Give your special attention to NCERT Biology of 11th and 12th because in NEET it covers 50% of the paper.

The other thing you need to do is join an institute. It is again important because your self-study will work only when youll be clear with the concepts. Coaching classes will guide you in the right direction.
