Yes! 15 Hrs. is enough for Cracking NEET but you should make a proper routine and You should take rest for 7 hours and take meal at proper time and give some time minimum 1 Hours for Yourself,be fresh that give you more energy to read at night! Best of luck!

According to me,  marathon learning and spending sleepless nights is not that good. Better to create a proper study plan and follow the same seriously. I believe if a student is giving 5-6 hours efficiently and effectively in his/her NEET preparation then that is also enough and along with that students should focus on their weaker areas and they should revise the syllabus properly and try to give more number of mocks whenever you get time in between.
