You cannot pursue an MTech at IIT through distance learning. IIT doesn't offer any distance learning courses. Additionally, the Supreme Court of India declared that Distance MTech is an invalid course. You can enrol in an IIT part-time MTech programme in place of a distance learning MTech programme.
