Generally duration of ITI courses ranges from 6 months to 2 years, most of the institute offers courses on 1 year to 2 years duration, courses structure also depends on last qualification since ITI course can be done after completing  8th or 10th standard, since there is almost 20-30 various ITI disciplines available, even if you enroll for 1 years duration courses you can able to complete 5 courses with in 5 years, however you also need to gain hands on practical experience by working in relevant sector.
