Can I do bba after completing diploma after 10th? and if I do what is the procedure to get the admission in bba..

In order to pursue BBA, one needs to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate(this may vary among colleges) ,admission is either via merit list based on the qualifying examination or entrance test are conducted for the same.
Coming to your question you cannot apply for BBA based on diploma done after 10th. BBA is based on eligibility of class 12th qualification.
