Definitely, You can pursue both courses simultaneously.  Lots of students pursue B.Com. from SOL while preparing CA. You can also do this. It is also accepted by ICAI. The only thing you have to keep in mind is what quality of time you need to give to CA and what quality of time you give to Bcom.

You can also pursue B.Com. through IGNOU.
