Yes, you can pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in the course of your choice simultaneously with your NEET preparation. But the only thing to keep in mind is that the B.Sc. courses are offered usually on regular basis i.e. you can't do your B.Sc. from distance as they involve lots of practical experiments to be carried out. You will have to attend your UG classes regularly. You can prepare for your NEET through online coachings or by self studying at your place of residence.
