Hello student yes you can pursue BSc statistics after BSc IT but as BSc statistics has nothing to do with your bachelor degree because BSc statistics is a Bachelor degree itself. All you need to full fill the eligibility criteria to pursue BSc statistics.

ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

Its not relevant to pursue BSc statistics after BSc it, you should look forward to pursue MSc or any Post graduate course after completing UG.
