Hello

Actually you cannot. Minimum eligibility for Bachelors in Technology in Food Technology is : 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

It is a 4-year undergraduate course that deals with the study of Food preservation and  processing techniques, and applications of food engineering to increase the shelf life of the edible product. You cannot study Technology without Mathematics.

All the best for your future endeavors!
