I will suggest you to go and directly do b.tech in Cse as diploma students know mainly about practical. In cse you only need concept and practical are approx. Nothing because you have to make everything in a computer.So B.tech is the best option and yup!!! For any core branch first diploma then b tech is >only b.tech.
