Yes, you are eligible to do a diploma in gynecology and obstetrics after BHMS. The basic eligibility for this is that you must have passed MBBS/BHMS from any medical college which is recognized by the medical council of India and you should have scored at least 50% marks in your graduation.

You can do diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics after BHMS also. So, this is a PG course and you need to complete your BHMS, and obtain a degree. Further, mostly you need to give NEET PG exam, however, there are also colleges which also conduct entrance exams.
