If you are creatively inclined towards Mass Comm and wish to do such courses, you can pursue short-term certificate programmes for you. Although, it is advisable to complete your 12th with a good percentage and pursue a graduation in mass communication from a good institute. 

Some options after 10th are, 

YMCA- Six-week certificate programme in TV, Radio News Reading & Radio Jockeying, Fashion Photography, Script Writing.
