 as per the eligility criteria you should be a pcm student in order to get admission in the engineering college . so i dont think so that you are eligible to get admission in engineering field.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing a degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering is passing 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects with a higher aggregate percentage and qualifying in the entrance exam. So you are not be eligible since you'd have different subjects in 12th Commerce, which doesn't fit the eligibility criteria.
