Dear Mansi,

At the time of counselling they will ask you only to pay the registration fee and Counselling fee, once you locked your seat then after your counselling fee will go to add to your course fee and the rest amount you need to pay of your course at any time consulting to the office.

You don't need to pay the whole academic fee at the time or to participate in the  counselling, just the registration and the counselling fee.
