Hello,

As per the information available in UPCET Counselling Information Brochure candidates who have selected Freeze option in round 1 are not allowed to submit fresh choices or modify choices. Their earlier allotted seat would be retained. But their allotted category may be upgraded as per the rules. So you cannot register in round 2 as fresh candidate after choosing freeze option in round 1.
