There is no objection from any side that you do a job which is useful to you and to the society in India. But doing job and giving licence for opening a medical shop it is not possible.Because the only authority of giving licence of medical store is the drug control department of State government or union government of India. So do the job according to your convenient and not to try give licence for opening a medical shop or to run your own medical shop because this is not legal at all. In future course if you permit licence to anyone to run your own medical shop will turn you in great problem
