YES, you can do it, provided your Employer allows it. But its best if you do a part time M Tech course ( IIT Kgp and NIT Durgapur, from my home state offers it). Even ISM Dhanbad offers it. One thing has to kept in mind. If you want to maintain balance in your life, you cannot excel in both job or M Tech. In that way pressure in M Tech will be less, and you can focus on your job also.

Yes some colleges offer such facility but it all depends on the company whether it allows or not to do Mtech with job. Some top colleges like IIT Kharagpur, IIT(ism) Dhanbad etc. Offers such opportunities and if you have qualified gate with good rank you can join both.
